Waterside Cottage, also known as Churchside Farm, Rookhope, Co. Durham. I'm not sure about the full history of the Cottage but I believe it has stood empty for over 30 years. It is located outside and to the West of the village of Rookhope, one of several old farmhouses throughout the area that have stood empty and surprisingly have withstood the recent upsurge in rural re-development.
