Sartorial Elegance,

This image was taken at the Whitby Goth Festival in October 2006. It is a great weekend when the whole town is taken over by Goths from all over the UK and further a field.

This is a straight photograph of a very dapper looking young couple out for some refreshing sea air on Whitby pier.

I was expecting everyone to be wearing black and loking very similar, however the quality and range of outfits was outstanding and very surprising.
