Ghost writer,

This was a simple! exercise to improve my working knowledge of Photoshop. The idea like most of photography was  not original but the idea came to me after seeing another image, this time in a Digital Photography magazine. I was keen not to make a copy but use the idea as a starting point. 

I took several photographs using a Digital compact camera and merged parts of each of them together. One image was taken of the empty glove, another of the gloved hand holding the pen, another of an ungloved hand holding a pen and a final image of the wall. I then put each image on a separate layer and after ensuring they all aligned with each other, rubbed out part of the image to reveal the one below. Finally I copied all the images of the hand and filled it with black paint to create the shadow.
