Guinea Fowl Feather

The feather was a present from my daughter from a working holiday in Mozambique. 

I put the feather on a white card background and used natural light from my conservatory to light the whole set up. The gradient background was added in photoshop before converting the image to monochrome using a channel mixer adjustment layer.
