Dressage - Witton le Wear,               Co. Durham.

I took this photograph whilst attending the second day of a competitive Three day event competition! The event was being held at Witton Castle in Weardale, as a round of the British Eventing Premier league championship. I enjoyed the delicate imagery of the dressage competition which complemented the more aggressive competitive show jumping and X country rounds.

I took the image using a slow shutter speed, 30th sec, and panned slowly with horse. I believe the blurring to the legs and background ensure that the sharpness of the horse and rider stand out.
